Shipping Policy (United States Only)

Pemberley Estate Coffee & Tea currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Many of our products are made to order, which means we begin production after your purchase so your items arrive fresh (coffee/tea) and made specifically for you (print-on-demand). Because of this, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Coffee & Tea Shipping (Roast-to-Order)

Processing Time (Before It Ships)

Coffee and tea orders are produced after purchase. Typical processing time is:

  • 3–5 business days
    (Processing may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.)

Shipping Time (After It Ships)

Once picked up by the carrier, delivery is typically:

  • 1–5 business days depending on location

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Coffee & Tea)

Most coffee/tea orders arrive in approximately:
5–10 business days total
(3–5 business days processing + 1–5 business days shipping)

Carriers

Coffee and tea ship via USPS and/or UPS, depending on what best fits the package.

Print-on-Demand Items (Printify / Printful)

Our personal items—such as shirts, mugs, bags, puzzles, journals, pillows, stickers, and similar goods—are often print-on-demand and fulfilled by production partners (including Printify and Printful). These items are made after you order.

Production Time (Before It Ships)

Typical production times are:

  • 2–7 business days
    (Production may take longer during peak seasons and holidays.)

Shipping Time (After It Ships)

After production is complete, shipping is typically:

  • 2–7 business days depending on carrier and destination

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Print-on-Demand Items)

Most print-on-demand orders arrive in approximately:
4–14 business days total
(2–7 business days production + 2–7 business days shipping)

Multiple Shipments & Tracking Numbers

If your order includes coffee/tea and print-on-demand items, your items may:

  • ship separately
  • arrive in multiple packages
  • have multiple tracking numbers
  • arrive on different days

This is normal and helps ensure each item is shipped using the best method for its production and packaging.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information is emailed as soon as an item is prepared for shipment.

For coffee/tea orders, tracking may briefly show “Pre-Shipment” until the carrier scans the package at pickup—this is normal and usually updates within 1–2 business days.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not guarantee expedited shipping for made-to-order items. Production time still applies even if faster carrier shipping is available.
