Welcome to Pemberley Estate Coffee & Tea (the “Store”). The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pemberley Estate Coffee & Tea. We operate this website and Shopify store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We sell a mix of made-to-order products, which may include:
- Coffee and tea (roasted/packed to order)
- Print-on-demand (POD) goods (e.g., shirts, mugs, bags, puzzles, journals, pillows, stickers, and other personal items), produced after purchase through fulfillment partners.
We make every effort to display products and product details accurately. However, colors, scale, and appearance may vary based on your device and screen settings. Product images are illustrative, and actual products may vary slightly due to production methods, materials, and printing.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered on a case-by-case basis.
Food/Caffeine & Allergens Notice: Coffee and tea contain caffeine. If you are sensitive to caffeine or have dietary concerns, please review product descriptions carefully. Products may be processed or packaged in facilities that handle common allergens. We do not provide medical advice.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment is processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many items are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once production begins.
Purchases are subject to return, replacement, or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes or shipping.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases made through our store, and to promptly update your account information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (UNITED STATES ONLY)
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Many items are made-to-order, which means production time occurs before shipment. Coffee/tea and POD items may ship separately and may have multiple tracking numbers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including the site content, designs, product photography, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent, except as incidentally necessary to browse and place orders.
Fan-Inspired Brand Notice: Our products and branding may reference classic literature themes (including Pride and Prejudice) in a fan-inspired manner. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official Jane Austen estate, publisher, film production, or rights holder. All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge and agree such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements, and we have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with us. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with our Store.
